経済・財務省管轄のオンライン企業登録システム「シングル・ポータル」の第1段階として、今年7月現在、27,511社以上、80億9,000万ドルの投資資金が登録された。

分野別の投資額では、建設業が約10億ドルでトップ、次いで不動産業が9億2100万ドルとなっている。その他の部門は、経営コンサルタント活動、製造業、金融・保険活動などである、と報告書にあった。

現在、男性が経営する企業が登録企業全体の62％を占めている。

カンボジア商工会議所のリム・ヘン副会頭は、単一ポータルのおかげで開業手続きにかかる時間が短縮され、ビジネスマンや投資家のコストが削減されたと述べた。

「オンラインによる事業登録は、時間と費用、その他の雑費の削減に貢献します。また、国内ビジネスの成長を支援するための政府の前向きな一歩と考えられる。」とヘン氏は語った。

経済財務省は2020年6月15日にオンラインビジネス登録プラットフォームの第一段階を、2021年9月15日に第二段階を開始した。

オンラインビジネス登録システムの第3段階は、ライセンス、証明書、プロフェッショナルライセンス、および12の省庁や機関からのその他の関連書類を発行するサービスを統合するもので、先月開始された。

Aun Pornmoniroth経済・財務大臣は、オンラインビジネス登録システムの確立は、これまでのところ、ビジネス登録における手続き、時間、コストの削減に貢献し、カンボジアにおける民間セクターの合法的なビジネスの立ち上げに利便性を提供していると述べた。
