カンボジアの輸出額が185億9000万ドルに達し、前年同期比で0.2％増加したことが、金曜日に発表された税関総署の報告書で明らかになった。

カンボジアの主な輸出品は、アパレル、履物、旅行用品、自転車、米、ゴム、キャッサバ、バナナ、マンゴーなどの農産物である。

カンボジアの輸出先トップ5は、米国、ベトナム、中国、タイ、日本である。

米国は、今年最初の10ヶ月間、74億9000万ドルの輸出額で、前年同期の76億1000万ドルから1.6％減少し、カンボジア最大の市場を維持した。

ベトナムへの輸出は16.6億ドルから40％増の22.6億ドル、中国への輸出も19.3％増の11.7億ドルであった。

衣料品、履物、旅行用品産業はカンボジアにとって最大の外貨獲得国である。この部門はおよそ1,133の工場と支店から成り、約84万人の労働者（ほとんどが女性）を雇用している。

「地域包括的経済連携協定や、2022年に発効した中国、韓国との自由貿易協定は、カンボジア製製品の振興に重要な役割を果たし、新たな外国投資の誘致に貢献していると」商務省のペン・ソビシート報道官は述べた。

「カンボジアの国際市場、特に地域包括的経済連携加盟国への輸出は著しく増加しており、カンボジア製品を長期的に魅力的なものにしています」と彼はクメール・タイムズに語った。
2022年に発効した地域包括的経済連携は、東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）10カ国を含むアジア太平洋15カ国と、その貿易相手国である中国、日本、韓国、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドの5カ国から構成されている。

フン・マネ首相は、メイド・イン・カンボジア製品の輸出を促進するため、政府と民間部門の協力を呼びかけている。

「我々の戦略は、政府と民間部門が協力し、海外市場へのカンボジア製品の輸出を促進するための目標を設定することです」と、首相は9月19日に行われた縫製労働者との懇親会で述べた。

カンボジアの輸入総額は6％減の200億7000万ドルであった。

カンボジアは主に原材料、建設資材、自動車、医薬品、電子機器、肥料、農薬を輸入している。
