教育・青少年・スポーツ省は、授業に使用する場合を除き、教室内および授業時間中の携帯電話や電子機器の使用を禁止することを発表した。同省のクオン・ヴィチェカ報道官は昨日、同省が最近、教師による授業中に生徒が教室内で携帯電話やその他の電子機器を使ってゲームをしたり、ソーシャルメディアを利用していることを発見したことを受け、この禁止措置を取ったと述べた。
また、全国の国立学校やその他の教育機関において、規律を強化し、電子機器の使用効率を高めるためでもあるという。
「教育・青少年・スポーツ省は、教室で携帯電話や電子機器を持ったり使ったりすることを禁止していない。しかし、禁止されているのは、生徒が勉強している間だけであり、教師が教えている間だけである。」
「しかし、生徒が勉強している間、教師が授業のために電子機器を使用するのであれば、その使用は許可されます」。
11月6日と7日に実施される高校入試では、試験会場への携帯電話や電子機器の持ち込みを禁止している。
彼女は、コロナの発生以来、携帯電話やその他の電子機器は、生徒の教育に非常に重要な役割を果たしているため、同省は「オープンソース」とみなしていると述べた。
昨日、同省が発表したところによると、10月24日から、教室や授業時間中の携帯電話や電子機器の使用が禁止される。
同省は、すべての教育・青少年・スポーツ省および公立・州立の教育機関に対し、規律を改善し、教育機関における電子機器の使用方法の問題を解決するよう指示した。
