豪雨、洪水により数千人が家を失う

国家災害管理委員会は、今月の集中豪雨による洪水で12県とプノンペン全体で58,654世帯、234,616人が被災し、2,250世帯が安全な場所に避難したと報告した。国家災害管理委員会のスポークスマンであるソート・キム・コルモニー氏は昨日、プノンペン、Banteay Meanchey州、Kampong Thom州、Siem Reap州、Preah Vihear州、Pursat州、Battambang州、Kratie州、Kampong Cham州、Tboung Khmum州、Pailin州、Kandal州、Kampong Speu州の63の地区、合計253のコミューンが鉄砲水に襲われたと述べた。

また、32,373戸の家屋、176の学校、39のパゴダが浸水し、10,039頭の牛と鶏が高台に避難したという。

キム・コルモニー氏は、洪水により51,645㌶の水田が被害を受け、19,625㌶が破壊され、11,607㌶の作物が被害を受け、3,285㌶が破壊されたと付け加えた。

「一部の浸水地域ではまだ水が引いていないため、その地域の水田やインフラへの影響を評価することはできませんが、水が引けば当局が評価を行います」と述べた。

また、キム・コルモニー氏によると、土曜日の時点でプノンペンでは、Prek Tnaot川からの洪水がDangkor地区とKambol地区に影響を及ぼしており、合わせて11のコミューンと41の村があり、1,277家族、4,401人が犠牲になっているという。

Spean Thmarコミューンの第一副村長であるリム・サンボ氏によると、Prek Tnaot川の洪水はコミューンを襲い、194世帯が被害を受け、189棟の家屋が浸水した。

彼は、家屋だけでなく、コミューンホール、警察署、学校やパゴダも浸水したことを確認した。

「警察はコミューンと協力し、浸水した家屋に住む人々に注意し、荷物をまとめて安全な場所に移動するよう指導している」と述べた。

カンボジア赤十字は土曜日に、カンボジア赤十字のBun Rany会長がプノンペンのKambol地区とDangkor地区の家族、バッタンバン州の7つの市と地区の家族を含む洪水被害を受けた家族への人道的援助の配布を承認したと掲載した。

カンボジア赤十字の公式代表であるメン・ニアリー・ソピーク第一副事務局長は、土曜日にプノンペンでKambol地区の158世帯に援助を配布し、昨日はDangkor地区の1,832世帯に援助を提供した。これとは別に、バッタンバン州では、災害管理局のUy Sam Ath局長が今日、Bovel地区の258世帯、Phnom Proek地区の140世帯、Kamrieng地区の140世帯に人道的援助を配布する予定である。

パム・チャンティ・ニー カンボジア赤十字事務局長は、火曜日にバッタンバン市の102世帯、Ek Phnom地区の130世帯、Sangke地区の110世帯、Banan地区の130世帯に援助を配布する予定である。

Khuong Srengプノンペン知事は昨日、洪水の被害を受けたSak Sampov、Prey Veng、Kongnoy、Tien、Kraing Pongro、Spean Thmarコミューンの1,548世帯と、Prek Kampoes、Choeung Ek、Prey Sarコミューンの553世帯に援助物資を配布した。
