フン・マネ首相は、2日間にわたるハノイへの公式訪問を終え、ベトナムのトップリーダーたちとの一連の会談を行い、両国の「伝統的な友好関係」を新たなレベルへと引き上げた。
首相就任後初のベトナム公式訪問で、フン・マネ首相はファム・ミン・チン首相、グエン・フー・チョンベトナム共産党書記長、ヴォー・ヴァン・トゥオン国家主席、ヴオン・ディン・フエ国会議長、ベトナムの主要財界人を含むベトナム首脳との一連の会談に参加した。

二国間会談において、ベトナムのファム・ミン・チン首相は、フン・マネ首相が与党カンボジア人民党の副総裁に選出されたことを祝福した。

首相は、フン・マネ首相の訪問を通じて、カンボジアとベトナムの二国間関係が善隣友好、伝統的友好、全面的協力、長期的安定」の精神に沿って、より強固になることを強調した。

両者は、政治、社会、経済面における両国の状況について説明し合い、二国間協力の成果について議論し評価した。

双方はまた、政治、貿易、投資、観光、健康、教育、コネクティビティ、国防、安全保障、国境工事、境界画定などの分野における協力をさらに強化・拡大することでも合意した。

また、フン・マネ首相はチョンベトナム共産党書記長との表敬訪問会談の中で、「新政権はカンボジア人民党の政策を一貫して持続的に実施し続けると述べ、この政策を通じて、カンボジアとベトナムの関係は伝統的な友好の精神と多国間のフォーラムにおける相互支援の中で育まれ続ける」と述べた。

フン・マネ首相はトゥオン国家主席に対し、「二国間の緊密な協力関係を強化するため、ベトナムはASEANで初めて二国間訪問を行った国である」と述べた。
トゥオン国家主席はまた、ノロドム・シハモニ国王とノロドム・モニニアス・シハヌーク王妃のベトナム訪問を改めて招待した。

国営ベトナム通信によると、会議の中で、トゥオン国家主席はカンボジアに感謝し、カンボジアのベトナム出身者が受け入れ国で「働き、生活し、統合する」ために有利な条件を作り続け、彼らの法的書類をより便利に扱うことを提案した。

彼はまた、両国間の平和、友好、協力、発展の国境線を構築し続けることを目指し、国境画定と標識植樹の残りの16％を完了するための両国の継続的な努力の重要性を強調した。

カンボジアはベトナムと1,270kmの国境を共有し、両国は2006年から国境画定を進めてきた。カンボジアは、ベトナムとの国境沿い314箇所に合計375の主要国境標識の設置を見込んでいる。

現在、国境標識の設置率はベトナムの84％に当たる315基である。残りの16％はラタナキリ、モンドルキリ、スバイリエン、カンポット、タケオ、カンダルの6県に設置されている。
フン・マネ首相との会談で、フエ国会議長は、シハモニ国王とフン・マネ首相のリーダーシップの下、カンボジアは2030年までに高中所得国に、2050年までに高所得国になるという目標を達成するために前進し続けると楽観的な考えを示した。

訪問中、フン・マネ首相は、ベトナム最大の電気通信グループであるViettel Groupの会長兼ゼネラル・ディレクターのタオ・ドク・タン氏、SOVICO Groupの取締役会長であり、ハノイを拠点とするベトナムの格安航空会社VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Companyの共同設立者でもあるグエン・フー・チョンベトナム共産党書記長など、ベトナムの主要なビジネス関係者にも会った； ベトナム・ラバー・グループ取締役会長のチャン・コン・カー氏、ベトナム投資開発銀行会長のファン・ドゥック・トゥー氏、チュオン・ハイ自動車合弁会社（タコ）の創業者で取締役会長のチャン・バ・ズオン氏。

フン・マネ首相とチン氏は昨日ハノイで、ベトナム・カンボジア投資貿易促進フォーラムに出席し、外国貿易大学の講師や学生らと懇談した。

アジア視覚研究所 のスーパーバイザーであり、国際公共政策研究所 の講師でもあるトン・メングダビッド氏は昨日、フン・マネ首相のベトナム訪問は、「個人的なものから政府、国会に至るまで、様々なレベルにおける両国関係の重要性を反映しており、意義深いものである」と述べた。

「ベトナムはカンボジアにとって重要な戦略的・開発的パートナーであり、良き隣人でもあります。」
カンボジアとベトナムは、両国民が有益な協力関係と二国間関係を享受するために、より強く、健全で、耐久性のある関係を築かなければならない。

彼は、両国間の健全で安定した関係は、様々な分野での実際的な協力を深めるために重要であり、また必要であると指摘した。
