11月10日と11日に予定されている「2023年国家キャリアと生産性フェア」では、潜在的な若者や関心のある労働者向けに2万件以上の求人情報が提供される。
プノンペンのKoh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centerで午前8時から午後8時まで予定されているこの2日間のイベントは、労働・職業訓練省国家雇用庁（ANE）が、プノンペンのカンボジア青年連合（UYFC）、カンボジア繊維・アパレル・履物・旅行用品協会（TAFTAC）、国際労働機関（ILO）、People in Need Cambodia Organizationの協力のもと、その他多くのパートナーの支援を受けて主催する。
昨日の記者会見で、労働・職業訓練省のカタ・オーン国務長官兼報道官は、「150社以上の企業、省庁、機関、教育訓練施設から180以上のブースが出展され、20,000以上の雇用機会を提供する。」と述べた。
今年の全国就職・生産性フェアには3万人以上の来場者が見込まれている。
興味のある求職者は、求人情報の詳細を求め、その場で興味のある仕事に応募することができる。
また、生産性に関する全国ワークショップも開催され、専門家による知識と優れた経験の共有を通じて、生産性に関する人々の意識を高める。
全国キャリア・生産性フェア2023はオンラインでも開催され、全国の求職者はウェブサイト（http://careerfair.nea.gov. kh /）を通じてオンラインで求人に応募することができる。
