カンボジア税務総局（GDT）は、ビールやノンアルコール飲料の製造業者に対し、販売量を測定するツールを導入し、透明性を確保するよう呼びかけた。
GDTのコン・バイボル局長は月曜日、税務当局代表団を率いてハイネケン（カンボジア）の工場を訪問した際、このように発言した。
GDTは、国内のすべてのビールおよびノンアルコール飲料メーカーで製造されるビールおよびノンアルコール飲料のメーター（流量計）のポイントまたは場所に、フェイススキャナーを装備し、担当官の存在を記録し、セキュリティカメラを設置する措置を実施し始めた。
これは、ビールとノンアルコール飲料の効率性と透明性を高めるための大きな要素である。
工場内のいくつかのポイントにフェイススキャナーとセキュリティカメラを装備するキャンペーンは、2023年までに全国のビールとノンアルコール飲料のすべてのローカルメーカーで開催される予定であるとヴィボル氏は述べた。
「ビールとノンアルコール飲料のすべての国内メーカーは、競争力、透明性を堅持し、コーポレートガバナンス基準の原則を遵守する企業としての義務を果たすよう努力しなければならない。
ビールとノンアルコール飲料の計量機器に関する規則と手続きは、税収（特に特定税）の透明性と効果的な徴収を強化するためのものである。
生産者は現在、GDTが定める設置技術基準に従って、容積測定器、液体分析器、フィールドコントロールボックスからなる容積測定装置を工場に設置することが義務付けられている。
