カンボジア日本商工会（CJBI）は、稲盛和夫氏のビジネス哲学と人生哲学をカンボジアに広めるためのキャンペーンを開始した。
CJBIの会長であるカルヤン氏は、1年間の普及キャンペーンは、ペンタゴン戦略フェーズで設定された5つの重要な優先事項の1つである「人」の実施に参加するために行われたもので、他の優先事項には道路、水、電気、技術が含まれるとKhmer Timesに語った。
政府のアドバイザーでもあるカルヤン氏はさらに、このキャンペーンはカンボジアの人々やビジネスマンの道徳、倫理、美徳といった心の質を強化するために実施されたものであり、戦略の最初の五角形である「人的資本開発」に対応するもので、人々の健康と幸福を向上させるものであると指摘した。
「私たちがこの戦略を実際に適用しなければ、それはただの紙に過ぎず、意味がありません。だからこそ、私たちはこの経営哲学を我が国に適用し、近隣諸国でも広く適用されているように、この国の人々やビジネスマンの考え方、行動様式、在り方を改善したいのです」とカルヤン氏は語り、稲盛和夫氏の経営哲学や人生哲学は日本、シンガポール、タイなど多くの国で適用されていると付け加えた。
カリヤン氏は最高国家諮問委員会の上級顧問でもある。
