この調査には、20以上の分野から150件の回答が寄せられ、回答者の76％がユーロチャムの会員、24％が非会員であった。

調査結果によると、カンボジアの企業は2023年の成長見通しについて、2021年よりも楽観的である。ほとんどの企業がコロナから回復し、現在では収益性の目標に達しているか、あるいはそれを上回っている。

また、カンボジア国内での事業への投資や、部門を超えた活動の拡大にも積極的である。年間収益目標を達成したと回答した企業は73%にのぼり、2021年の21%に比べ大幅に増加した。さらに、2023年には33％が目標を上回っており、これも2021年のわずか3％に比べて大きく改善している。

企業はカンボジアの将来の経済成長について楽観的であり、62％が今後12ヶ月の間にカンボジアへのさらなる投資を計画している。パンデミック後、センチメントはよりポジティブになっているが、コロナ以前のレベル（72％）にはまだ戻っていない。

カンボジアでのビジネスがより困難になると予測する回答者の割合はわずかに増加し（2021年の29％から31％）、より容易になると予測する回答者は減少した（2021年の31％から27％）。

このことは、カンボジアでのビジネスのしやすさに対する不確実性が高まっていることを示唆している。現在の世界的な課題のうち、事業運営に最も大きな影響を及ぼしているのは「コロナ」（46％）で、次いで「インフレ」が25％、「ウクライナ戦争」が22％であった。
