ヴァンムニン氏は、クメール・エンタープライズは毎年100以上の起業家支援プログラムを実施し、国内の新興企業エコシステムを後押ししていると述べた。「私たちは、国内の25の州すべてで新興企業への支援を提供しています。プロジェクトと資金分配システムは、投資家が国内のどの地域でもプロジェクトに参入できるよう、非常に効果的です。”
カンボジア青年起業家協会（YEAC）のブン・サンバス事務局長は、このセッションで、カンボジアの新興企業や中小企業は主に6つの課題に直面していると述べた。「金融へのアクセス、情報へのアクセス、デジタルの導入、人材へのアクセス、支援へのアクセス、市場へのアクセスである。
